Architecting business transformation with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and AI
I'm a Lead Business Transformation Architect at Deloitte. I've been building on the Microsoft business applications stack since 2014, growing from CRM 2013 developer to the architect who shapes how large programmes use Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and AI.
My work today sits where process, platform and AI meet: designing target architectures, deciding what belongs in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate or Azure, and bringing in Copilot Studio agents and Azure AI where they genuinely remove manual work.
I still enjoy the engineering. I'm a certified Power Platform Developer (PL-400), and I use AI-assisted development with GitHub Copilot and AI coding agents to prototype faster, review code and keep delivery standards high across teams.
